SoHo…Nolita…Tribeca…

More than anywhere in Manhattan you can rent or buy a space that you can have complete creative control. Whether you prefer to start with a gutted “raw” space or renovate a existing loft space…only downtown is it easy, but even celebrated.

The most popular choice of course is to buy or rent a “raw” space. What is raw?

A raw space basically means you have a loft space that is completely gutted. All open spaces with no walls. Sometimes you don’t even have a floor. Simply beams. Also there is no electric, plumbing and HVAC. But this is where the fun begins.
