There may be severe consequences for all clubs in the aftermath of the Drake-Chris Brown fight last week. According to DNAinfo.com, the NYPD and the Nightlife Association are set to meet this week to discuss possible changes to bottle service guildlines for NYC clubs.

Police are also investigating if shots were fired during and after the brawl between the two hip-hop stars.

W.i.P. (Work in Progress) is one of the hottest new clubs in Soho…

THE PLACE The basement of a converted warehouse near the Holland Tunnel. The concrete staircase and long hallway are splattered with artwork, including colorful nudes and a lifelike sculpture involving a stuffed bear and ram in a compromising position. The lounge is decidedly Miami-esque, with sleek bottle-service booths, black-lighted paintings and a giant 60-sided polyhedron pulsating with neon projections.

THE CROWD The scene on a recent Saturday night was refreshingly eclectic. Female patrons included a grab bag of P.R. types with blond bobs and black miniskirts, party girls in five-inch stilettos and very tall table dancers wrapped in fur and looking fresh off the booze cruise. Their male counterparts included a handful of ski-cap-clad downtowners, a smattering of buttoned-up big-money types, European arrivistes and Stephen Baldwin.

THE PLAYLIST The music started out Top 40, becoming heavy-hitting techno around midnight.

Where is it?
